Elizabeth Handy, MS, LCPC, EMDR-C, is a Licensed Psychotherapist with over two decades of experience, serving clients in Austin, TX, and Washington DC. She specializes in assessment and treatment of acute and chronic PTSD, panic attacks, anxiety, depression, dissociative disorders, and relationship therapy.

A certified practitioner of EMDR, she also incorporates Brainspotting and the Infinity-Brain Method© into her work. Her background as a former paramedic informs her understanding of acute stress and trauma responses.
