Emily Lenk

Emily Lenk is a school social worker in Leon County. She works with adolescents and young adults, helping them navigate anxiety and trauma. Lenk provides a safe and non judgmental space for young people to explore their emotions and build confidence.

Lenk's journey in social work began at Florida State University's College of Social Work, where she provided counseling to elementary and high school students in neighboring counties. This experience laid a solid foundation for her understanding of the challenges faced by young people. After graduation, she ventured into macro social work, matching foster children with foster parents across three states.

Lenk employs a client centered approach, focusing on the individual and societal aspects of her clients' challenges. Her sessions are structured to foster inner strength and resilience. Clients can expect a supportive environment tailored to their developmental needs.
