About

From the depths of personal experience emerges a beacon of hope and healing. Erica Mack, a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern, brings a unique blend of professional expertise and lived experience to her therapeutic practice. As a military veteran and breast cancer survivor, Erica understands firsthand the challenges life can present and the resilience required to overcome them.

Specializing in trauma-informed therapy, Erica is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for her clients. Her training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) equips her with powerful tools to help individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences. With a particular focus on children and families, Erica recognizes the importance of nurturing healthy family dynamics and supporting young minds through life's challenges.

Erica's approach to therapy is rooted in the understanding that life is full of ups and downs, and that everyone does their personal best with the skills and information they have. She meets clients where they are, drawing from her experience to assist in identifying unhelpful thought patterns, developing better communication, building self-esteem, and restoring relationships. Through learning new skills and techniques, Erica guides her clients toward balance and wellness.

As a Christian-informed therapist, Erica offers a unique perspective for those seeking support in their faith journey. However, her compassionate care extends to clients from all backgrounds, creating a welcoming space for everyone to explore their path to emotional well-being.

Whether you're a parent feeling overwhelmed, a child struggling at home or school, a young adult transitioning to the workforce, or a family managing a major health diagnosis, Erica is prepared to offer encouragement, support, and practical help. She invites you to embark on a journey of healing, trading anxiety, doubt, and frustration for peace, emotional wellbeing, and healthier living.
