Erica Mack

Erica Mack, RCSWI, is a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern specializing in trauma-informed therapy. She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients process and heal from traumatic experiences.

A military veteran and breast cancer survivor, Erica draws on lived experience when working with children and families, parents, young adults, and families managing a major health diagnosis.

Her approach is compassionate and client-centered; she meets clients where they are, helping identify unhelpful thought patterns, improve communication, build self-esteem, and restore relationships. As a Christian-informed therapist, she offers faith-informed support while welcoming clients from all backgrounds and aims to guide them toward balance and wellness.
