Faith Jackson

Faith Jackson, Counseling-Intern, is pursuing her Master of Arts Degree in Mental Health Counseling at Walden University and leverages cognitive behavior theory to help clients reshape their thoughts and their lives. She brings a fresh perspective and a passion for innovative treatment approaches.

She has gained hands-on experience providing dialectic therapy and offers group workshops on essential life skills such as goal-setting, time management, and building self-esteem. These interactive sessions aim to help clients apply practical strategies between appointments.

Faith believes that thoughts profoundly impact our behaviors and helps clients modify their thought patterns through cognitive-behavioral work; sessions are offered at a reduced rate, and she engages in ongoing research into innovative treatment options to inform her practice.
