James Calderhead

James Calderhead, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 25 years of experience. He earned his Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University and is trained in systems theory.

He works with children, individuals, couples, and families from diverse populations and cultures. His clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, family discord, parenting difficulties, school and work problems, and trauma and abuse.

Licensed in Idaho, Calderhead uses a solution-focused approach and believes in the inherent strengths and wisdom of his clients. He encourages active participation and helps clients identify and leverage their own resources to overcome obstacles and improve their lives.
