Jason Goodson, PhD, is a clinical psychologist specializing in anxiety, trauma, and depression. He uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Safety Behavior Elimination Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Mindfulness, and Values-Based Behavioral Activation.
He earned his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Utah State University and completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship through Dartmouth Medical School. He has published scientific articles on anxiety, trauma, and depression, developed his own treatment protocols for anxiety and trauma-related disorders, and has trained hundreds of clinicians in these methods.
