Jenna Sneads

Jenna Sneads is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is the Assistant Clinical Manager at Innovative Direction. Sneads works with people and couples facing eating disorders, relational stressors, anxiety, trauma, and depression. She helps clients of all ages navigate various life challenges.

Sneads received her Master's in Science degree from Valdosta State University after completing her undergraduate studies at Florida State University. Her extensive experience across different treatment environments allows her to tailor her approach to each client's specific needs, enhancing her versatility in the field.

In her therapy sessions, Sneads provides a non judgmental and encouraging environment. She focuses on improving clients' overall quality of life through evidence based interventions. Clients can expect a supportive space aimed at fostering personal growth and resilience.
