Jennifer Mitchell, Ph.D., is Vice President of Clinical Strategy and Innovation at The Children's Center Utah and is a licensed clinical psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral level.
She specializes in Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health with a particular focus on trauma-informed care and is a member of the ZERO TO THREE National Center for Infants, Toddlers, and Families Academy of Fellows.
She serves as Adjunct Assistant Professor at University of Utah School of Medicine and is chair of the Early Childhood Utah Advisory Council. As Project Director for federal grants on child traumatic stress and expanding infant-toddler court programs, she works with public and private partners to expand access to early intervention.
