Jenny Chien

Jenny Chien, PhD, LPC (MI), LMHC (FL) is a PhD-level therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor guiding older teens, young adults, and adults in both in-person and telehealth formats. She uses cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths-based techniques, motivational interviewing, client-centered approaches, and attachment and trauma-informed practices to tailor treatment to each client’s needs.

Dr. Chien earned a doctorate in Counseling from Florida Atlantic University and holds a master’s degree in counseling and an undergraduate degree in education with a concentration in developmental disabilities. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Michigan and a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and Qualified Supervisor in Florida, and she serves as a faculty member in a graduate counseling program.

Dr. Chien offers a warm, empathic, and collaborative therapeutic environment that emphasizes a safe, non-judgmental space to identify goals and develop coping skills to improve wellness and functionality.
