Jessica Young

Jessica Young, MA, LPCC, is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who earned her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from John Carroll University. She specializes in working with adults who are navigating trauma, grief, life transitions, anxiety, and depression and has a particular focus on issues experienced by the LGBTQ+ community.

She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring evidence-based techniques to each client's needs. Her background includes experience in community counseling, private practice, and inpatient care at a behavioral health hospital.
