Jessie Lowell

Jessie Lowell, PsyD, CA PSY23333, is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist at Psychological Services of Riverside (PSR) specializing in early childhood mental health. She focuses on the earliest stages of human development and how early experiences influence lifelong well-being.

Dr. Lowell brings a comprehensive understanding of the complex interplay between trauma, attachment, and child development and provides specialized assessment services for parents, infants, and children. She evaluates the behavioral, emotional, and mental outcomes of early trauma and adverse life events to inform tailored intervention.

She earned her doctorate from Loma Linda University and is an associate professor in the PsyD program at California Baptist University. At PSR she provides clinical supervision to doctoral candidates and integrates developmental and family context into assessments and treatment planning.
