Jocelyn Burden

Jessica Burden, known as "Joy," is a Clinical Mental Health Intern at Liberty University in Lynchburg, currently pursuing her Master's in Counseling (LCPC). She holds a Master of Science in Human Services from Purdue University Global. Her internship focuses on providing support to adolescents, adults, and families dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and other challenges. As an intern at Open Door Wellness Center, she utilizes a holistic approach, integrating cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and strength-based strategies to empower clients on their wellness journey
