Joe Woodard

Joe Woodard is a licensed mental health counselor who helps people navigate childhood trauma with a compassionate and relational approach. Woodard works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing depression, anxiety, trauma, neglect, and abuse.

Woodard's educational journey began at Multnomah University in 2010, where he studied Pastoral Leadership and Bible/Theology. He gained valuable experience at Cocoon House, an at-risk youth organization in Everett, and later pursued a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology at The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. His clinical internship at Westminster Chapel in Bellevue further honed his skills.

Woodard employs attachment theory and psychodynamic principles in his practice. Clients can expect a safe, honest environment to explore past wounds and understand their impact on present relationships. His work offers support for those dealing with identity confusion and athletes seeking guidance.
