Jonah Taylor

Jonah Taylor, LSW (he/him), is an Associate Therapist at The Center for Growth who integrates mindfulness-based therapy and evidence-based tools into his practice. He specializes in couples counseling, relationship issues, men's issues, and sex therapy.

He offers virtual appointments to clients in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New Mexico. His experience includes anger, anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD (trauma), eating disorders, body image concerns, compulsive sexual behaviors, sexual dysfunction, bereavement, and gender and sexual identity exploration.

Jonah creates a safe, trusting therapeutic environment that motivates clients to stay accountable to their goals while exploring their experiences with curiosity and openness. Using kindness, humor, and mindfulness, he helps clients build more coherent, affirming, and flexible self and relationship narratives.
