Joseph Raffuel

Joseph Raffuel, LCSW, CADC, IGD, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at the Counseling and Empowerment Center of Greater Pittsburgh. He specializes in mental health and addiction treatment and is an Internationally Certified Gaming Disorder Therapist.

Raffuel works with individuals (teens and adults), couples, families, and specialized groups such as professional athletes, students, physicians, veterans, law enforcement, and first responders. He provides evidence-based and practical real-life solutions within the Counseling and Empowerment Center’s services.

Raffuel emphasizes empowerment and views seeking guidance as a sign of strength. He and his team adhere to the NASW Code of Ethics and HIPAA to maintain a confidential, professional therapeutic environment.
