Kathie Gillet

Dr. Kathie Gillet has been part of Wisdom Traditions since 2010, where she played a key role in launching extensive outpatient programs, advancing international accreditation, and expanding community access through Medicaid. As Executive Director, she brings decades of experience working nationwide with diverse providers, with a focus on integrated care models and professional team development.

Her academic background includes Depth Psychology, Behavioral Health Sciences, Human and Organizational Development, Social Justice, and Transformational Learning. Recognized for her ability to unify resources and lead organizational change, Dr. Gillet is committed to fostering culturally relevant services for Alaska communities. Her work emphasizes embodied learning, critical empathy, cultural leadership, and the intersections of mental health, addiction recovery, and trauma healing—always honoring the wisdom of cross-cultural traditions and the power of community to heal.
