Katie Ogin earned her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2020 and has since worked with teenagers and young adults in both residential and outpatient settings. Her approach is rooted in a client-centered foundation, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to help individuals challenge unhelpful thought patterns and cultivate presence in their daily lives.

Katie provides a safe and supportive environment for clients to process difficult thoughts and emotions, explore past and present experiences, and strengthen resilience. She also works with clients navigating complex relationships with food, body image, and diet culture, offering a compassionate space to address how these challenges impact overall well-being.
