Kelley Rehm

With a warm and straightforward approach, Kelley Rehm, M.S. LMFT, creates a safe space for clients to grow, heal, and reconnect. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Montgomery, Alabama, Kelley brings over seven years of diverse experience to her practice, specializing in anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues.

Kelley's journey in therapy is deeply rooted in her Alabama heritage. Born and raised in Mobile, she pursued her passion for helping others by earning a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Auburn University. Her dedication to the field led her to the University of Southern Mississippi, where she obtained her Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Since moving to Montgomery with her husband in 2015, Kelley has established herself as a respected therapist in the community. Her extensive experience includes working as a school-based therapist, focusing on children and adolescents and their families. This background has given her a unique perspective on family dynamics and developmental challenges. Prior to founding Restore Therapy Center, Kelley served as the Director of Counseling Services at a local college, where she honed her expertise in trauma, anxiety, depression, and adjustment issues.

Kelley's therapeutic approach is both comprehensive and tailored to each client's needs. She integrates various methodologies, including Systems Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. This integrative approach allows her to address a wide range of issues effectively. Kelley works collaboratively with her clients, helping them identify areas where they feel stuck, explore desired changes, and develop strategies to achieve their goals.

At Restore Therapy Center, Kelley offers Individual, Couple, and Family Therapy for a diverse clientele. Her practice welcomes children ages 8 and up, teens, college-age individuals, and adults. Whether clients are struggling with behavioral issues, communication problems, grief, infidelity, family conflicts, life transitions, self-esteem, or stress, Kelley provides a supportive environment for healing and growth.
