Kellie Steele

Kellie Steele, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2016 who provides trauma-informed care and strengths-based perspective to help clients strengthen emotional resiliency.

She is certified in Prolonged Exposure Treatment for Anxiety and trained in EMDR practices, uses mindfulness-based approaches, and works with mood and anxiety disorders, grief and loss, ADHD, parenting challenges, women's issues, emotional abuse, PTSD, and family strife.

With experience with children, adults, active-duty military, and veterans in inpatient and outpatient settings since 2010 and past work as a civilian employee for the Department of Defense with understanding of neuroscience and nervous system regulation, she tailors care to reduce stress-induced symptoms and help clients discover practical hope, optimism, and increased choice in challenging moments.
