Kellie Steele

Kellie Steele is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps clients navigate life's challenges with a focus on trauma-informed care. Steele works with mood and anxiety disorders, grief and loss, ADHD, and PTSD, tailoring her approach to meet each client's needs.

Steele's career began in 2010, working with children, adults, active-duty military, and veterans in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Her role as a civilian employee for the Department of Defense deepened her understanding of neuroscience and nervous system regulation, enhancing her work with military families and veterans.

Trained in Prolonged Exposure Treatment and EMDR, Steele incorporates mindfulness-based approaches to address stress-induced symptoms. Clients can expect a strengths-based perspective and a commitment to continuous learning. Steele's approach is practical and supportive, helping clients make meaningful changes.
