Kelly McEwen

Kelly McEwen is an outpatient therapist at Inspire Counseling & Support Center. McEwen works with people dealing with depression, anxiety, and trauma, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy and art therapy to create a healing environment.

McEwen's journey in mental health spans approximately three years. She began as a residential therapist, supporting children and families in a treatment program. She then spent eight months in private practice before joining Inspire Counseling & Support Center over a year ago.

McEwen's integrative approach combines structured cognitive work with artistic exploration. Clients can expect a mix of evidence based techniques and creative expression. She holds a master's degree in counseling from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College, emphasizing art therapy. McEwen offers both in person and telehealth services, ensuring accessibility for her clients.
