About
Kevin Polky is a founder and executive director of KP Counseling. He works with people and families, facilitates men's groups, and conducts workshops and seminars. Polky also serves as a consultant to businesses, schools, and churches, promoting mental health awareness.
Polky holds over three decades of experience in the field. He is a licensed clinical social worker and certified alcohol and drug counselor, with a background as a school social worker, executive coach, and former football and strength coach. In 2010, he founded Four Corners Wellness, followed by the non profit Shatter Our Silence in 2016, aimed at suicide awareness.
Polky's therapeutic approach is informed by his diverse experiences, employing cognitive behavioral, solution focused, and strength based therapies. Clients can expect a holistic view of wellness, drawing from his personal interests in the arts and nature. His work extends across Illinois and Wisconsin.
