Kristina Villareal is a therapist who works with people facing trauma and complex mental health challenges. With nearly a decade of experience, she helps those with extensive trauma histories, addressing issues such as suicidality and psychosis.
Villareal began her career in Chicago, earning a degree in Human Services from National Louis University. She furthered her studies in North Georgia, obtaining a master's in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Brenau University, focusing on at-risk youth. Currently, she is pursuing Forensic Psychology at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Her holistic, client centered approach incorporates trauma-informed care, dual diagnosis treatment, and family systems therapy.
