Kristina Villareal

Kristina Villareal is a therapist who works with people facing trauma and complex mental health challenges. With nearly a decade of experience, she helps those with extensive trauma histories, addressing issues such as suicidality and psychosis.

Villareal began her career in Chicago, earning a degree in Human Services from National Louis University. She furthered her studies in North Georgia, obtaining a master's in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Brenau University, focusing on at-risk youth. Currently, she is pursuing Forensic Psychology at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

Her holistic, client centered approach incorporates trauma-informed care, dual diagnosis treatment, and family systems therapy. Villareal offers both in person and telehealth sessions for people aged 10 and up, as well as couples and families. Her practice includes a sliding scale to ensure accessibility for all clients.
