LaNae Oyen

Peggy Hora is a Certified Addiction Counselor who has been with Stepping Stones since December 2014. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration and a Master of Science in Administrative Studies with a focus on Human Resources, both from the University of South Dakota. Peggy’s experience in the mental health field includes work at the state hospital and a community-based facility, as well as serving as a sex offender therapist with the South Dakota State Prison system for ten years.

Peggy facilitates Cognitive Behavioral Interventions for Substance Abuse (CBISA) groups, including adolescent and aftercare sessions. She provides these services two days a week at the Chamberlain office, where she also completes treatment needs assessments.
