Lance Bender

Lance Bender, Chief Executive Officer of Oliver Behavioral Consultants, leads the organization and guides its mission of providing interventions that result in positive, goal-focused outcomes for clients, their families, and communities. Under his leadership the organization has grown, now celebrating over a decade of providing evidence-based support to young people and their families.

He has cultivated a multidisciplinary team offering diagnostic evaluations and mental health therapy to applied behavior analysis, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. The practice emphasizes transdisciplinary teams that value children as whole individuals by integrating early childhood education, speech and language pathology, occupational therapy, and mental health counseling.

Bender focuses on continuous improvement and expansion of services to meet community needs, prioritizing personalized, evidence-based care and collaborative models that support measurable, goal-focused progress for clients and families.
