Laura Parisi

Laura Parisi, MS, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over two decades of dedicated experience in counseling adolescents, children, and their families. Her primary focus on school-based counseling gives her a deep perspective on the challenges young people face in educational settings.

She has worked at Catholic Charities, the Archdiocese Drug Abuse Prevention Program, and Notre Dame Academy High School, bringing experience across community and school environments.

She earned a Master of Science in Education Degree in Counseling from Fordham University and is certified by the National Association of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a Level One Practitioner and holds a certification as an Anxiety Specialist, committed to supporting mental health and well-being during crucial developmental years.
