About
Leanne Thompson, M.A., LPCC, is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who earned her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walsh University in 2021 after completing a B.A. in Clinical Psychology at Cleveland State University. She works with clients ages 9 and up and served as Co-President of Walsh University's chapter of Chi Sigma Iota - Alpha Mu.
She treats depressive and mood disorders, trauma and stressor-related issues, substance use and chemical dependency, and behavioral addiction issues, and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. Leanne offers individual counseling, couples and family counseling, and group therapy to address a range of mild to severe problems.
