Lexa Goldman

Lexa Goldman, MA, LMHC, LMFT, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in counseling LGBTQ+ individuals, particularly adolescents and young adults. She provides hormone replacement letters and gender affirmation letters and focuses on supporting clients as they explore identity and build self-worth.

She earned both her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and her Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling at the University of Central Florida and has worked with children, youth, and adults in individual, couples, family, and group therapy. She also supported Parkland students during the March for Our Lives Road to Change tour, reflecting her commitment to community-centered care.

Lexa integrates strength-based theory with existentialism and family systems therapy, tailoring methods to each client's personality, life experiences, and cultural background. She aims to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space that helps clients build resilience and pursue authentic, affirming outcomes.
