Lissy Southworth, MS, MFLC, is a marriage and family therapy clinician committed to helping individuals and couples feel seen, heard, and empowered. They specialize in couples therapy—including premarital counseling, intimacy issues, and communication skills—drawing from PACT, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method. In individual work, they use strengths-based, solution-focused modalities, integrating ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and more to support clients through life transitions, identity development, and self-esteem challenges.
