Liz Mendez

Liz Mendez, LMSW, is a Licensed Master Social Worker with Over 18 years of experience in mental health. Her background includes work in schools, community organizations, and migration services, and she practices in both English and Spanish.

She uses cognitive behavioral therapy, problem-solving, and trauma-informed care to support people coping with anxiety, depression, attention deficit disorders, and trauma. Liz tailors interventions to each client's goals and emphasizes practical coping skills.

She holds two master's degrees in social work (UAGM in Puerto Rico, 2011; Loyola University, 2021) and has served in the United States Army Reserve since 2011. Her approach is collaborative and service-oriented, focusing on helping clients build skills to manage symptoms and improve daily functioning.
