As Co-founder and Director of Administration, he oversees the everyday operations of the practice, coordinates client intakes, and manages insurance billing. This dual role allows Luis to ensure that clients receive not only high-quality therapeutic care but also a smooth, well-organized experience from their first contact with the center.
Luis's heritage language is Spanish, which he can speak, write, and understand, although he doesn't consider himself fluent. This linguistic background, combined with his personal experiences, enhances his ability to connect with and understand clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
