Maria Steblai

Dr. Maria Steblai is a senior founding member of NYC Cognitive Behavioral. She works with a variety of psychological challenges, focusing on ADHD, eating disorders, body image issues, and child-adolescent disorders. Steblai offers cognitive-behavioral therapy to diverse populations.

Steblai began her psychology career at Hofstra University, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and earned her doctorate. Her early clinical training in cognitive-behavioral therapy at Hofstra was foundational. Her professional experience includes clinical work at North Shore University Hospital, where she collaborated with medical professionals to provide comprehensive care.
