Marren Onyalo

Marren Onyalo, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, is a Double Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner at Desert Sky Counseling Services in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

She earned her DNP in 2023 from New Mexico State University and completed a post-graduate certification as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner from New Mexico State University in 2021, building on her family practice training. She works with both children and adults, providing integrated primary and mental healthcare across the lifespan.

Known for a holistic, patient-centered approach, she combines clinical expertise and ongoing education to address the whole person and encourage active participation in care. She is a volunteer with Southern New Mexico Diabetes Outreach and practices guided by the mantra "My happiness is my responsibility."
