Mary Cook

Mary Cook, MSN, RN, APRN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, is a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Montana State University (2002), a Master of Science in Nursing from Pacific Lutheran University (2008), and a post-master’s certificate in mental health from the University of Cincinnati (2023).
