Melissa Glass

Melissa Glass is an occupational therapist specializing in hand therapy. Glass works with patients to regain independence through rehabilitation, focusing on chronic and acute orthopedic conditions and custom orthotics.

Glass began her academic journey at SUNY Cortland, where her involvement in track and cross country informed her understanding of physical wellness. She earned her Master's in Occupational Therapy from Stony Brook University in 2020. Her clinical experience includes working at New York Presbyterian's outpatient facility in Flushing, Queens, and with geriatric patients at assisted living facilities on Long Island.

Glass employs a patient centered approach, integrating her technical skills with a commitment to physical and mental well-being. As a Certified Hand Therapist, she ensures that interventions are meaningful and effective. Her work aims to help patients regain functionality and independence in their daily lives.
