Karen Kerschmann

Karen Kerschmann, LCSW, CBT, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She earned her MSW from the University of Minnesota in 1999 and brings decades of clinical, supervisory, and research experience to her work.

Kerschmann offers clinical supervision groups for LCSW, MFT, and LPCC Associates throughout California via videoconferencing and serves as a Board Member of the San Diego CBT Consortium. She is a Diplomate of the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies and has contributed to professional literature and diagnostic work.

Her background includes intensive training at the Mediation Centre in Melbourne, where she helped develop the CRESS parent-adolescent-school mediation program, and she provides pro bono sessions for first-generation college students.
