Melissa Tihin, Psy.D., LMFT, PMH-C, is a licensed marriage and family therapist and founder and CEO of Central Valley Family Therapy in Fresno, California. She specializes in perinatal mental health and works with individuals, couples, and families.

She is certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) and Infant-Preschooler Mental Health (IPMH) and trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and EMDR. Before founding Central Valley Family Therapy in 2017, she worked in community agencies across California treating trauma and began private practice in 2015.

Her practice emphasizes targeted, trauma-informed care and building a community-based resource to support families in the Central Valley. She leads a multidisciplinary team committed to serving clients of all races and socioeconomic backgrounds.
