Meredith Irby

Meredith Irby, LCSW, is Co-Owner and Chief Executive Officer at A Better You Therapeutic Solutions. She specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Her social work career began in 2011; she has experience working with children as young as five, adults, and families, and previously practiced as a medical and oncology social worker. She earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (May 2014).

Meredith uses evidence-based practices to provide tailored care and focuses on fostering healing and growth in a safe, supportive therapeutic environment.
