Michaela Hilliard

Michaela Hilliard, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with children, adolescents, and adults. Her clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, mood disorders, PTSD, and domestic violence.

She employs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing and provides both individual and group therapy. At the Veteran's Administration she provides psychotherapy, assistance with connecting to mental health and substance use treatment, and case management services for homeless veterans and also practices at the Women's Center for Psychotherapy.

Michaela combines evidence-based practices with a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health and brings experience from jail diversion programs and work with survivors and perpetrators of domestic violence and anger management. She approaches care with empathy and a non-judgmental stance and accepts most insurance plans, including Medicare and Husky.
