Michelle Foskett

Michelle Foskett, LPC, has fifteen years of experience in mental health services. She is certified in EMDR and trauma-focused therapy and completed PMAD (Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders) training through Postpartum Support International in September 2022.

She has worked in psychiatric inpatient facilities, residential programs, and schools, supporting both adults and children with anxiety, depression, and challenges that accompany new life stages. This diverse background informs her treatment of trauma and transition-related concerns.

Her approach is collaborative and client-centered, drawing from cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, and client-centered therapies to tailor care to each person’s needs. Michelle has also developed educational programs for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), reflecting her commitment to community mental health advocacy.
