Michelle Leach

From educator to mental health advocate, Michelle Leach, LPC-A, brings a unique perspective to her therapy practice. With a Master's of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a background in education, Michelle combines her passion for teaching with her expertise in counseling to help clients understand and reshape their worldviews.

Michelle's approach is rooted in the belief that our individual experiences, personalities, and values shape how we perceive the world. As a former educator, she excels at guiding clients through a process of self-discovery, helping them uncover the underlying factors that influence their thoughts and behaviors. This understanding serves as a foundation for transformative change, as Michelle works collaboratively with clients to shift perspectives and behaviors in pursuit of the life they've been seeking.

In addition to her private practice, Michelle demonstrates her commitment to mental health on a broader scale. She serves as a member of the Health Advisory Committee for Charleston County Schools, bringing her expertise to bear on issues affecting student well-being. Furthermore, Michelle is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Clinical Sexology, reflecting her dedication to continual learning and expanding her knowledge to better serve her clients.
