Michelle Leach

Michelle Leach, LPC-A, is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a Master's of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a background in education.

She combines her passion for teaching with her expertise in counseling and specializes in helping partners navigate conflict resolution, adapt to life transitions, and enhance their communication skills. She excels at guiding clients through a process of self-discovery.

She is a member of the Health Advisory Committee for Charleston County Schools and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Clinical Sexology. Michelle offers in-person and online sessions evenings and weekends and helps clients understand and reshape their worldviews while working collaboratively to shift perspectives and behaviors.
