Monique Krehbiel

Monique Krehbiel, AMFT, is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and MFT Trainee at Insights Counseling Group. She works with families, children, and individuals, drawing on family dynamics and child development.

She brings 25 years as a stay-at-home mom and 15 years of volunteer work with children from elementary through high school. Monique is pursuing her M.A. in Counseling Psychology at Jessup University in Rocklin, California; her biracial background and international living experiences inform an inclusive perspective.

Committed to dismantling the stigma surrounding mental health, Monique honors the trust clients place in her and aims to create a safe, non-judgmental space. She offers compassionate support as she develops her professional skills.
