Natalie Bunner

Natalie Bunner, LCSW-BACS, CCTP, is the founder and CEO of Thrive Therapy with over two decades advocating for children, youth, families, and caregivers. She works primarily with pediatric clients aged 5-17 and emerging adults up to 25, and offers family therapy and functional parenting consultation; supports pediatric professionals facing burnout and compassion fatigue.

A trauma-certified clinician, she uses TF-CBT, EMDR, REBT, and psychodynamic treatments in a highly relational methodology. Her experience spans inpatient hospitalization to community-based therapy and includes over 12 years serving children, pregnant teenagers, and teen mothers in custody of State of Louisiana.

She emphasizes neurodiversity and works with families of autistic and ADHD children to address early childhood trauma, school anxiety, and impacts of separation or divorce, strengthening parent–child engagement.
