Natasha Sylvester

Natasha Sylvester, PsyD, Licensed Psychologist, works with adults and adolescents aged 11 and up. She earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, FL and is licensed in North Carolina and Florida.

She specializes in anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, low self-esteem, and trauma/PTSD and uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, and Cognitive Processing Therapy.

Dr. Sylvester offers services exclusively through teletherapy and applies a strength-based approach characterized by support, encouragement, and patience. She teaches evidence-based techniques to help clients face fears, set healthy boundaries, and prioritize overall wellness.
