Nicole Bennett

Nicole Bennett is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Relucent Psychology Group. Bennett works with anxiety, stress management, and the impacts of trauma and life stressors. She supports children and teens in improving self-esteem and navigating emotions, involving caregivers as integral supports.

Bennett holds a Master's in Social Work focusing on mental health from San Jose State University and a Bachelor's in Psychology from UC Santa Cruz. Her six years of experience offering therapy to children, teens, and adults from diverse backgrounds have honed her skills in addressing a wide range of client needs.

Her therapeutic approach includes mindfulness, somatic work, EMDR, and experiential child attachment work. Licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, Bennett offers both virtual and in-person sessions.
