About
Nore Gjolaj, PhD, is a clinical psychologist and co-director at The Imagine Center for Psychological Health since 2009. She is a post-doctoral fellow focusing on the neurocognitive and behavioral correlates of early adversity, including research on foster care settings, developmental outcomes, and the timing of maltreatment.
Her research examines predictors of outcomes in children with neurological insults, including Sturge Weber Syndrome, language disorders, and autism spectrum disorders. She is validating a comprehensive tool to characterize developmental and behavioral functioning and has supervised psychodiagnostic evaluations on thousands of children and adults.
As co-director she provides oversight of clinical activities and operations and researches telehealth and virtual therapy, integrating research and clinical practice to inform assessment and treatment.
