Norma Negron

Norma Negron, LCMHC, CCS, LCAS, is Chief Executive Officer of Renew Counseling of North Carolina. She has over two decades of dedicated service in the counseling field.

She specializes in substance abuse treatment and leads a team that utilizes multifaceted approaches to mental health and substance abuse treatment. The center serves adults and adolescents and offers therapy for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance abuse.

As CEO she maintains its CARF accreditation and oversees outpatient therapy, medication management, the Tailored Care Management Program, and Peer Support Services. Norma combines a compassionate yet structured approach with her role as CCS to support recovery and continuity of care.
