Penny Haight is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Counseling Supervisor who works with people, couples, and families. With over a decade of experience as a counselor and 17 years as an educator, she provides interactive, solution-focused therapy to help clients address personal life challenges.

Haight's educational journey includes extensive experience in both counseling and education. Her commitment to ongoing learning is reflected in her active membership in professional organizations such as the American Counselors Association and the Texas Counseling Association. She also mentors Licensed Professional Counseling Interns, sharing her expertise and guiding the next generation of therapists.

Haight integrates Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, and Biofeedback into her practice. As a Level 2 trained Gottman Therapist, she employs the Gottman Method to support relationship therapy.
