Penny Haight

Penny Haight, M.Ed., LPC-S, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Counseling Supervisor with over a decade of experience as a counselor and 17 years as an educator. She specializes in individual, couples, and family therapy, offering interactive, solution-focused care that provides support and practical feedback.

She uses Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, and Biofeedback in individualized treatment plans. As a Level 2 trained Gottman Therapist, she often recommends the Gottman Relationship Checkup to guide couples work.

She serves as a Supervisor to Licensed Professional Counseling Interns and is a member of the American Counselors Association, the Association for Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback, and the Texas Counseling Association.
