Rachel Fowke

Rachel Fowke is passionate about helping individuals recognize their strength in difficult situations and supporting them in healing as a whole to live more fulfilling lives. As Clinical Director, she brings extensive experience in guiding organizations toward success through creative leadership and by achieving and maintaining international accreditation.

Her formal education includes Social Work, Addiction Studies, and Human Resource Management. Having worked across multiple states—including Michigan, Hawaii, and North Carolina—Rachel has developed a broad perspective on care systems. She is dedicated to ensuring that organizational practices promote empowerment, individualization, and growth at every level of care.
