Raul Garcia

Raul Garcia, LMHC, CLC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Life Coach with over 15 years of experience. He founded Hope Counseling Services in 2007 and leads the practice as owner/operator.

His specialties include Substance Use Disorders, Anger Management, Life Skills, Anti-Theft & Financial Literacy, Relationship Enhancement, individual counseling, and mental health evaluations. He is also a college-level instructor and motivational speaker.

A 21-year United States Navy veteran, Garcia provides support to veterans and civilians and delivers court-ordered services for the Florida Department of Corrections, county probation departments, Lakeview DUI School, Department of Children and Families, family law, and Families First Network. His mission to help individuals help themselves guides a focus on early intervention, practical skills, and measurable progress.
