Regilyn Keys

Regilyn Keys, LPC-MHSP, is a Licensed Mental Health Therapy Provider who specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma resolution, behavioral concerns, and life adjustments. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS), and Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

She has years of experience working with youth and families across various mental health treatment settings and supports children, teens, and adults. Regilyn completed basic and advanced perinatal mental health training through Postpartum Support International (PSI).

Her approach centers on fostering overall well-being; she works collaboratively with clients to express emotions in positive and healthy ways and challenge unhealthy thought patterns. She offers telehealth and in-person sessions and aims to be a skilled, kind, and compassionate guide for individuals and families.
