She has completed both basic and advanced perinatal mental health training through Postpartum Support International (PSI). Her professional training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS), and Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
